2018Discarded chairs are found in the streets of Taipei. They are dyed in Mahogany colour, sometimes even though they themselves thought they are Mahogany. However, when the humidity soaks their dead cells, they smell just like pine.
The chairs' bones, adorned with a floral pattern reminiscent of the wallpaper in grandma's house, embody a symbol of the past. They will be the first elements to be reintroduced into the house.
